1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PostAutoma ("Service", "Platform", or "we"), a product by ZoneLabs.ie, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use PostAutoma for personal or commercial content generation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PostAutoma;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server;
  • Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content;
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information;
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials;
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

PostAutoma offers various subscription tiers (FREE, STARTER, PRO, ENTERPRISE):

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis;
  • Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor;
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law;
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice;
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period;
  • Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier.

5. AI-Generated Content

PostAutoma uses AI technology to generate content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes;
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publication;
  • You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service;
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated content;
  • You grant us a license to use your content for service improvement and analytics purposes;
  • Content is subject to our content moderation policies.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, review, and remove content that:

  • Violates our acceptable use policy;
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights;
  • Contains harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material;
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempts to bypass our content filters.

7. Social Media Integration

When you connect your social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.):

  • You authorize us to access your accounts as permitted by OAuth tokens;
  • We store OAuth tokens securely using encryption;
  • You can revoke access at any time through your account settings;
  • You are responsible for content posted to your social media accounts;
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party social media platforms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of PostAutoma is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users;
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents;
  • Other applicable data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZONELABS IRELAND, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
